I’m starting this blog very late in the year. At 77 I’m starting to slow down and the health needs of both I and my wife are affecting our ability run around. After a summer of doctor appointments that never seemed to end we are finally released to hit the road, probably for our very last time. In order to do so, this year I will be towing the Gold Wing behind my truck. I’ve pretty much taken it out of service as a handyman vehicle and it will now just be a regular rig. It’s currently 107 degrees so I will wait until tomorrow to load the bike and all of our gear. It will be funny having all of this room. We are both excited of getting away from these 117 degree days that we have been having. The good Lord willing we will get a little spring back in our step as the days become cooler. More to follow.
